Designed to be installed in the recessed area behind the oem vent.
Note: We do not make the small OEM replacement louvers as any frame/louvers would significantly reduce the open area of the already small OEM mounting hole, instead if maximum performance is desired we recommend the OEM vent be removed and the hole to be enlarged by trimming the mounting surface.
